One of the most convoluted hot topics out there is what the heck to eat to be in [optimal health](http://www.theoceanrx.com/holistic-health/); to be lean and strong, support a healthy immune system and simply to feel good! I am not talking about what to eat to be a bodybuilder, but how to decrease bloat, improve digestion, negate headaches/belly aches, better your skin and achieve optimal sleep.

There are so many diets and even ways of life, such as vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and the list goes on, all claiming to be beneficial for certain reasons. Which one is the best?
